At what time is check-in and check-out?

By Flight

The fastest way to reach Koh Phangan is by flying to Koh Samui Airport (USM). From there, you’ll need to take a 30-minute boat ride to the island. Boats can be booked directly upon arrival at Samui Airport, but keep in mind that the last boat typically departs between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Plan your arrival in Koh Samui accordingly. Bangkok Airways operates multiple daily flights to Koh Samui.

A more budget-friendly option is to fly to Surat Thani International Airport (URT). Airlines such as Nok Air and AirAsia offer fly-and-ferry packages, making the transfer hassle-free. The total journey from Surat Thani Airport to Koh Phangan, including the ferry ride, takes approximately five hours.

By Bus

Buses from Bangkok to Surat Thani take 10 to 12 hours and usually depart in the evening. From Surat Thani, you’ll need to take a ferry to Koh Phangan. Many travel agencies and transportation companies offer combined bus and ferry tickets, allowing for a seamless transfer from the bus to the boat. The ferry from Surat Thani to Koh Phangan takes around 3.5 to 4 hours.

By Train

Trains from Bangkok (Hua Lamphong Station) to Surat Thani take 14 to 16 hours. After arriving in Surat Thani, you’ll need to take a ferry to Koh Phangan, similar to the bus option.

Please ensure that you take a boat to Tong Sala Pier, the main pier on Koh Phangan. Avoid arriving at Haad Rin Pier, as it is located in the south of the island.

Transportation Options from Tong Sala Pier to the Property

Taxi from the Pier

 

  • Upon arrival, you can take a public taxi from the pier.
  • Koh Phangan has no street names, so drivers rely on GPS coordinates to find the property.
  • You can find us on google maps (search for Inn Harmony or the GPS coordinates: 9°45’22.5″N 99°59’19.3″E)
  • Shared taxis are common, and you may need to wait until the vehicle is full before departure.
  • The cost is approximately 150–200 THB per person for a shared ride.
  • If you prefer a private taxi, the price will be higher.

 

Pre-Arranged Private Taxi (Recommended)

 

  • We can pre-book a private taxi for you, ensuring a smooth transfer.
  • The driver will be waiting at the pier and will know the exact location of the property.
  • The cost is around 500 THB per trip, depending on arrival time and season.
  • To book: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance with your arrival time and ferry company so we can arrange everything for you

 

Motorbike/Vehicle Rental

 

  • If you’re traveling light, you can rent a motorbike or vehicle from rental shops just outside the pier.
  • Use the provided GPS location to navigate directly to the property.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Inn Harmony. However, we can assist you in finding pet care
services nearby.

While we do not offer breakfast, there are local cafes nearby. We can help you arrange delivery of fresh
bread or pastries.

We can help you arrange local tours, yoga retreats, or other activities on the island.

Yes, the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces,
and an infinity pool for your enjoyment. Additionally, we can assist with local transport arrangements or
help you rent bikes.

Yes, we can provide an invoice for your stay upon request.

A baby cot can be arranged upon request. Please inform us in advance to ensure availability. Kindly note
that the villa accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, and extra beds are not available.

All payments made are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is made at least 30 days before the
check-in date, the payment can be credited toward a future booking within six months.

There is a private parking space in front of the villa. The car park can accommodate 1 car and 2 scooters or 4/5 scooters.
